Eastman Employment Services offers employment assistance to people with hidden or visible disabilities or have other barriers to employment. Services are provided to those in Southeast Manitoba that are unemployed or underemployed, and are motivated to seek employment.
In addition to helping people find employment, Eastman Employment Services offers supports and resources to employers who want to create and maintain inclusive and diverse workplaces. Our staff is here to assist your business free of charge during and after the hiring process. Our Employment Facilitators and Job Coaches can assist with on-the-job training, further education, and continued support throughout employment.
Eastman Employment Services is directly connected to enVision Community Living, our parent organization which is also located in Steinbach, Manitoba. enVision Community Living exists to inspire equality, inclusion, and the value of all people. At Eastman Employment Services, we further this mission by connecting employers to job seekers with diverse abilities within Southeast Manitoba.
