Meet William. Since November 2020 William has been employed at Canadian Tire in Steinbach, Manitoba as part of their Store Support team. William shared that his favourite part of each shift is, “helping to make a customer’s day by finding products in the store for them.” Steve Blatz, William’s supervisor, commented, “William is an awesome young man, very polite, and always willing to help out wherever the need.” When he isn’t assisting customers, Steve reports that William can be found “encouraging employees and making sure the product is looking its best.”
